0. Driving Time
- Driver exceeded the limit for driving time. (US 11 hour, Canada 13 hours)
1. Unbroken Driving Time
- Driver exceeded limit on unbroken driving time for some HazMat rules
2. Shift Time
- Driver exceeded the US 14 hour shift time limit
3. On-Duty Time
- Driver exceeded limit work time. (Canada 15 hour limit and some US Intrastate)
4. Multi-Day On-Duty Time
- Driver exceeded the Multi-Day work time limits
- US 60 hour 7 days or 70 hours 8 days
- Canada 60 hours in 7 days, 70 hours in 8 days, or 120 hours in 14 days
5. Team Falsification
- Driver was teamed with another driver and their duty status was inconsistent with
their co-driver
6. Point To Point Speeding
- Mileage engine reported an average speed between two points that was below the
driver’s calculated speed
7. Speeding
- The number of miles reported on the log divided by the number of hours driving
exceeded the maximum speed limit set for the driver or company.
8. Falsification
- When using checkpoints such as Fuel the location or time of the duty status or
entry on the log does not match the checkpoint data.

R. Off Duty Days
- Number written does not match logs turned in.
S. Missing Log
- Log Needs turned in immediately
U. Off Duty Days Blank
- Off duty days are not written in the space provided.
V. Incorrect Driver ID
- Not using the correct Driver ID number
