Log Books all have the same form layout. You can optionally have your company name
and address over-printed on the log form. Because the underlying form is the same
for all customers, we are able to produce these at very competitive prices.
You can choose two-part (duplicate) or three-part (triplicate) forms. You may also
choose between Half-page forms, which have the log on the front and the inspection
on the back, and full-page forms which have both the log and the inspection on the
front. All forms are printed on bond paper with carbon sheets inserted in the back
of the book.

If you want to customize the log form (other than by overprinting your company name
and address information), you will need to order customized log books.
We can produce carbonless books, loose-leaf, standard books, etc. with the artwork
of your choice. We can also provide tips on optimizing your log forms to give you
