Here is what you can expect from us:

Submit your logs to Log Pro in one or both of the following methods:

1. The actual paper logs.
2. Electronic images from your company.

Logs are then processed utilizing Rapid Log's Auditing Software

Log Pro will review each monthly sequence of drivers logs for vilations of FMCSR, including the following

We track 26 differnt vioaltions with 234 detailed subclasses.  With Log Pro you can define your own custom violation codes and points.

• Inspection Reports will electronically seperate from the log image after three months.
• Log Images will be deleted after six months.
• Paper Logs are stored for six months and then destroyed.
• Log Pro's archival system will allow you to view or print a photocopy of any log on file.
• We handle your problem logs so you don't have to.
• Any questions/concerns will be directed to each individual location, removing that responsibility from your office.

Our system was built to be simple; simple to understand and simple to use.  There is no software to install, update or learn.  You will simply access the system via the Internet with minimal start-up direction.

Your driver's will require very little, if any, training to use our system.  Best of all, there will be no change in the way they currently complete their logs.

With Log Pro, you may customize your company's information and authorize unlimitedf user's at no additional cost.

If you choose to have Log Pro audit your logs, we will send letters, as well as make phone calls to each terminal with information about the change.  Log Pro offer's this service at no additional cost. 

As an outside auditor, we provide you with only objective reviews of all drivers submitted to Log Pro.  This eliminates potential driver criticism of being "picked" on and insures honest, unbiased audits to reinforce your credibility both interanlly and externally.

Standard and Customized Reports

Log Pro provides a wide variety of reports to locate, correct, and prevent violations.  We make it easy and affordable to get valuable information by offering the following reports.  And, if you don't see what you're looking for, we may be able to develope what you need.

1. Corporate Summary - A targeted summary of violations by Region.
2. Driver List - A list of Drivers based on Filter by Selection.  Date options and vioaltions are ignored.
3. Log Images - Duplicates of a particular driver's logs.
4. Missing Logs - The Missing Logs report shows you a list of drivers who have not turned in logs for the specific period.
5. Notification Letters - Use our Notification Letters to inform Drivers of deficiencies in their Logs.  Notification Letters list all Violations in the specified period, as well as specifically stating which logs are missing.
6. Notification Letters - Violation Order - This has the same information as the Notification Letter listed above but is sorted by violation instead of date.
7. Recap Jacket - Use Recap Jackets to list a summary of activities for a particular set of drivers.
8. Reporting Activity Audit - Audit Reports ran for all Users for a particular date range.
9. Violation List - The Violation List Report shows you driver violations over a given date range.
10. Violation List - Violation Order - This has the same information as the Violation List listed above, but sorts the violations by violation instead of date.
11. Violation Summary - The Violation Summary Report shows your Violation types and quantities over a  given date range.

Choices and Flexibility

Select to run a report by driver, or filter them by company, region, or terminal.  Print a report for all violations or a specific vioaltion.  And remember, if you don't see a report you need, Log Pro can customize a report for an additional charge.
